Telos 101 offers 2 styles of accommodation sure to suit all guests looking for that idyllic getaway in paradise.
Standard Fan-Cooled Bungalows
Our three east-facing beachfront bungalows sit directly on one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in the Telos. Each bungalow features a spacious covered balcony perfectly positioned for sunrise views, with a stunning snorkel spot just steps from your door.
Two of the bungalows offer a dual-room layout:
Couples or Solo Room: with one queen-size bed
Twin Room: with two queen-size beds separated by a dividing wall
Each room has its own private entrance, bathroom with hot water, and western-style toilet facilities.
The third bungalow is an open-plan “Mates” Room fitted with three queen-size beds and its own bathroom—ideal for friends who want to stay together.
All rooms are fan-cooled, bright, breezy, and equipped with mosquito nets for comfortable tropical living. Hammocks hang on the upper deck for peak relaxation, and a board rack below the bungalow keeps your quiver organized and ready for those early-morning surf missions.
Deluxe AC Villas
Set just steps from the sand on the west side of the property, our two Deluxe AC Villas overlook the open ocean and sit beside the beachfront infinity pool and bar, an unbeatable setting for golden-hour lounging.
Designed with unique interiors and elevated comfort, these villas take island luxury to the next level. Air-conditioning ensures cool, restful nights, while spacious balconies offer uninterrupted views of waves breaking on the reef and sunsets that are nothing short of spectacular.
Each villa features two separate rooms connected by an interlinking door (ideal for families or groups who want to stay close while enjoying their own space).
Deluxe Villa “Mimpi”
Mimpi offers two distinct rooms:
First Room: bedroom with a king-size bed, private indoor bathroom with shower, and a separate living area with a futon sofa.
Second Room: two single beds that can be converted into a king. This room includes an open-air bathroom with western toilet facilities, a shower, and a bathtub.
Deluxe Villa “Indah”
Indah also features two rooms with a connecting door. Each room includes two single beds (convertible to a king upon request) and a covered alfresco bathroom complete with shower, bathtub, and western-style toilet facilities.
