GETTING THERE
For 2025, getting out to Telos 101 has never been easier. From Australia and all other major points in the world, you need to make your way to either of the following Indonesian international/domestic airport locations:
PADANG West Sumatra, Indonesia
(Minangkabau International airport)
Padang airport can be accessed directly from either Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, or Singapore (on selected days).
MEDAN North Sumatra, Indonesia (Kualanamu International airport)
Medan airport can be accessed direct from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta.

From Padang to Telos 101, the options are as follows:
PRIVATE SUSI AIR CHARTER FLIGHT
Susi Air offer Telos 101 guests the opportunity to fly direct out to the Telos islands from Padang airport on a 12 seater Cessna Grand Caravan. The scenic flight takes approximately 50 mins, allowing views of all the Telos archipelago and beautiful atoll sightings from the air. With board bags for all persons travelling, the max number of travellers permitted on a private charter is 9.
From Medan to Telos 101, the options are as follows:
Speed boat transfer
Upon arrival at Gunungsitoli Airport, we’ll arrange a private pick-up and transfer you to Lagundri Bay, where you can enjoy an overnight stay and surf the world-class right-hander Nias is famous for. The next day, you’ll be whisked away on a private speedboat directly to our resort in Telos in about 2-3 hours. This option is perfect for surfers looking to maximize their time in the water and enjoy a smooth, hassle-free journey.
LOCAL FERRY: TELUK DALAM (NIAS) TO TELOS (VIA MEDAN)
Take a domestic flight from Medan to Nias, landing at Gunungsitoli Airport, then board a local ferry from Teluk Dalam to the Telos Islands - a journey that can take several hours. Once you arrive at the main village on Telos, our team will be there to pick you up and transfer you by boat to the resort. This option is perfect for those seeking an adventurous, budget-friendly, and flexible journey who enjoy planning their own travel arrangements.
